IRAN: Danesh Jafari meets Indian Petroleum ministerTalking to the media persons with the visiting Iranian minister, Deora thanked Mr. Jafari for what he said as agreeing to review the LNG pact signed in June 2005 but could not be implemented as Iranian economic council did not approve it because of low LNG price.

Meanwhile Iran also stressed on the need to expedite the Iran Pakistan India gas pipeline talks between India and Pakistan saying that hopefully the trilateral accord will be signed during Mr. Deora's visit to Teheran.

The Iranian minister also denied that US-led economic sanction has started creating problems for the Iranian exports and added that only one bank namely Sepah Bank has been affected by the UN resolution and there is no problem with the others.

Jafari accused the United States for trying to give an 'untrue and baseless' picture of Iran without any international support.
