Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler said that Iran's gas exports to Turkey disrupted again on Friday. Guler told IRNA Friday that the disruption would create problems for Turkey.
"The problem (gas cut) has been due to harsh cold (in Iran), which we hope would be solved soon and the gas flow would resume," said Guler.
He said Turkish officials will hold talks with the Iranian officials in that concern. The Turkish Minister said a project is in stage of examination to bypass Tabriz and Orumiyeh in order to solve the gas exports problem.
He said that Iranian and Turkish expert groups are in talks on a project for extensive cooperation in the fields of electricity and gas.
