StatoilHydro becomes one company from Oct. 1st, 2007, and includes the oil and gas assets of the former Norsk Hydro.
Elisabeth Grieg, Grace Reksten Skaugen, Kjell Bjørndalen, Roy Franklin and Kurt Anker Nielsen fill out the board as members until 2010.
Together, they’re two chief execs, a lawyer, two trade-union leaders, a former Paladin Resources chief executive, a CFO, a consultant, a chemistry Ph.D and a process engineer.
In a nod to the Norwegian way of doing things, labour is represented on the board by three employee-elected reps of the former Statoil board.
