Talks are underway between officials from Iran and the Persian Gulf state of Bahrain to enhance further cooperation in gas sector.
The Iranian delegation, which is headed by Director-General of Gas Pipeline Projects for Iran's Oil Ministry, Mir-Taqi Sarrafi, also talked with the head of Bahrain's National Organization of Oil and Gas.
Iranian delegation is also scheduled to convene joint technical committees on gas in Bahrain.

A delegation from Iran's Oil Ministry visited Bahrain's Minister of Oil & Gas Affairs, Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza in Manama to discuss ways to develop cooperation in oil and gas sectors, IRNA reports.The Iranian delegation, which is headed by Director-General of Gas Pipeline Projects for Iran's Oil Ministry, Mir-Taqi Sarrafi, also talked with the head of Bahrain's National Organization of Oil and Gas.

Iran to resume Turkish gas exports
An official of National Iranian Gas Company says gas exports to Turkey will soon resume, after a brief freeze following a pipeline explosion."Gas exports to Turkey will resume Tuesday afternoon," said the NIGC Coordinating and Supervising Manager, Hossein Montazer-Torbati on Monday.
"We are experiencing a break in our gas exports to Turkey because of repairs that are being carried out on the pipeline," he added.
Montazer-Torbati said emergency operation teams from Turkey are working on the leak, which is some five kilometers from the Turkey-Iran border.
Iran exports 20 million square meters of gas to its northern neighbor every day.
A pipeline explosion late Sunday near the town of Dogubayazit in Turkey's Agri province forced authorities to cut the gas flow. It has not yet been determined what caused the blast.
A Turkish energy official has accused Kurdish rebels of being responsible for the incident.
