President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Monday that Iran's nuclear victory should not be neglected as it has "reached a sensitive point today." Addressing students, staff and officials of Iran University of Science and Technology in eastern Tehran, the president said Iran's peaceful nuclear program "is a key issue."
He compared the issue to the nationalization of Iran's oil industry in 1951 and said, "Iran's nuclear issue is 100 times as important as oil nationalization and we should not neglect it until we reach the final conclusion."
"Ill-wishers of the Iranian nation are trying today to get even a small concession from this nation," President Ahmadinejad said.
He advised European countries "not to follow the US," policy on Iran.
"The US should notice that all its efforts against the Iranian nation will definitely end in failure," President Ahmadinejad stressed.
