State Oil Company (SOCAR) will hire the State Department's Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program alumni on the scope of the From-Exchange-To-Practice Project. Press service told APA-Economics that the alumni will have an opportunity to practice their experience in any subsidiaries of the company.
The FLEX program was established in 1992 with the goal of providing an opportunity for high school students from the countries of the former Soviet Union to experience life in a democratic society in order to promote democratic values and institutions in Eurasia. It is operated by the State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
